This is not a gap in our coverage of DG16 and it is not an empty result. Land in Scotland is registered with Registers of Scotland, not HM Land Registry, and the corporate and overseas ownership datasets this section is built from — CCOD and OCOD — contain England and Wales only. No Scotland title has ever appeared in them.

Registers of Scotland publishes no open equivalent. Its bulk ownership products are supplied commercially under their own terms, so there is no dataset we could lawfully turn into a page like this one. If that changes, this page will change with it.
